Will Lead Capture be available for exhibitors at the conference?
Lead capture will be available for purchase the week before Conference starts. It will be $200 per device. Exhibitors will use their own cell phones to scan QR codes on the Conference attendee badges. Please send your company name, booth number, and one primary email address to bayleigh.crane@tdem.texas.gov with the subject line “Lead Capture”.

Will Wi-Fi be provided at the convention center for conference attendees?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be provided on site. Please refer to the placards around the convention center and in the mobile app for login information.

What hotels are available in Downtown Fort Worth with discounted rates for the Conference?
Visit the Hotel Information Page for specific hotel details, including address, room rates, deadline to book, etc. Please book your hotel asap once you are registered for the Conference, the rooms fill up quick!

What food options are available?
There are concessions available on site. There are also food options available in close proximity to the convention center with specials for conference attendees (Worth Saving Program- more info coming soon)

Can I register for the Conference onsite, or should I do it before?
Registration is available on our website before the conference and onsite during the conference.

Do I need to pay as soon as I finish the registration process, or can I submit at a later date?
You can pay at time of registration, log back into your account to pay later, or pay by check. Payment details can be found at the end of the registration process as well as in your registration confirmation email. All fees must be paid prior to attendance.

What are the different methods for registration payment?
What is the process to obtain an invoice?
After registering, a confirmation email will be emailed to you with links to an invoice/receipt. If there are any issues or changes that need to be made, please contact the conference inbox at conference@tdem.texas.gov.

Where can I locate the Conference's W-9?
Please visit the Registration Page at the bottom to view and save a copy of the W-9.

Are there any discount codes for conference registration?
If you believe you are eligible for a discount code, please contact the conference inbox at conference@tdem.texas.gov.

What is the cancellation policy for registration?
If you need to cancel your registration, email the conference inbox conference@tdem.texas.gov with your username and access key and add "Conference Registration Cancellation" to the subject line.
-If you cancel your registration before the cutoff date, you will recieve a 100% refund.
-If you cancel your registration after the cutoff date (May 11), you will not be eligible for a refund.

When is the last day I can get a refund for a cancelled registration?
There are no refunds past May 11, 2026.

How do I become a volunteer for the conference?
Please visit the Volunteer Info Page for specific details on how to volunteer for the conference. Your registration fee will be waived if you commit to volunteer for 2 or more shifts. Information regarding the volunteer schedule and shift availability can be found through the volunteer link found on the Conference Registration Page.

Who do I contact for conference questions?
Please email conference@tdem.texas.gov with any conference issues or questions.

When is the workshop schedule available?
The workshop schedule will be available in April 2026. 

How do I register for workshops at the Conference?
Registration for workshops is not required. When the schedule is posted, you will be able to "favorite" which ones you would like to add to your conference schedule through the app.

How do I register for Continuing Education Trainings at the Conference? 
Please visit the Preparing Texas page for more information on trainings available at the Conference. When the training schedule is posted, you will use the link below to register for trainings at the Conference.

How do I obtain my certificate(s) from the 2025 Conference?
Certificates for 2025 can be accessed on TDEM Training using your FEMA SID.

Will my information be shared with other conference attendees and exhibitors/sponsors?
Information gathered will only be shared with others if you grant permission.

Will PIV-I be issued at the Conference?
Yes, there will be an area for PIV-I issuance at the Conference. A sign-up will be available onsite and through the conference app.
